How to Pay School Fees Online

A simple guide to checking dues, paying securely through PayU, and downloading your receipt.

Before You Begin

  • Keep the student's correct Student ID ready.
  • Use a stable internet connection and keep your phone available for bank OTP verification.
  • You can pay using the options offered by PayU, such as UPI, card, or net banking.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1
Open Fee Collection

From the Home page, select Open Fee Collection, or choose Fee Collection from the top menu.

2
Search for the Student

Enter the student's Student ID and select Search. Check the student's name, mother's name, class, section, session, and mobile number before continuing.

3
Review Pending Fees

The portal displays the fee amount, fine, concession, and total payable. Please review every fee row carefully.

  • If a previous outstanding amount exists, it must be paid first.
  • Pending one-time and annual fees are added automatically.
  • If monthly dues are available, choose the months you want to include.
4
Confirm the Payment Summary

Check the Fee Amount, Fine, Concession, and Total Payable. Then select Proceed to PayU.

5
Complete the Secure Payment

On the PayU page, select a payment method and follow the bank or UPI instructions. Do not close or refresh the page while the payment is being processed.

6
Check the Result

After payment, wait for the portal to display Payment Successful. Save the transaction details. You can then select Check Fee History.

7
View or Save the Receipt

Open Fee History, enter the Student ID, and select the receipt reference number. Use Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy. A transaction slip may appear first; the official receipt becomes available after settlement.

If the page is slow or times out

First check whether your bank account was debited. If money was debited, do not pay again. Check Fee History and contact the school for confirmation. If money was not debited, you may retry.

Safe Payment Tips
  • Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password with anyone.
  • Verify the student's details and total amount before paying.
  • Keep the transaction/reference number until the official receipt is available.
